Bella Cavalli was purchased in the Spring of 2009 by the Scamardo family. The property is situated on 10 acres just off of Hwy 47 in Bryan, Texas. Bella Cavalli serves as both a private residence and as the location for Visionary Equine. The facilities at Bella Cavalli include:
- Main enclosed barn with five Preifert 12 x 12 stalls, air conditioned tack/feed room, hay area, and wash rack
- Outdoor open concept barn with ten Preifert 12 x 12 stalls
- 12 x 24 air conditioned boarder tack room
- 2 stall tin barn
- 8 x 10 feed storage barn
- 50 ft round pen
- approximately 100 x 150 ft lighted outdoor arena
- 5 acre back pasture
- 4 half acre paddocks
