3. Determine what day/time you would like your lesson
4. Fill out the form below, email us at viseq@hotmail.com, or call us at 281-744-3869.
We will confirm your lesson booking via email or phone.
If we have not confirmed your lesson then we do not have you on the calendar, please contact us!
You may pay for your lesson by cash or check when you arrive, or PayPal below
If you must cancel a lesson please do so at least 24 hours in advance!!!
Please Note: Not all security systems will allow you to send this form. If you have not received a confirmation from us after 48 hours then please email us!
